First of all, all items purchased from me have a life-time warranty on workmanship and material defects. If an item breaks under normal intended use I will replace it free of charge including shipping. Care instructions are sent with each purchase.

You can place an order in one of two ways.

1. Give me a call at (970) 560-6085. (I will likely let it roll to voicemail if I don't recognize your number because of all the spam calls but leave a short message and I will call you right back).

2. Shoot me an email at: lostcanyonforge@gmail.com. Please include which pieces you are interested in and your contact info: name, address, phone. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. Your order will be confirmed once you receive an email from me stating "your order is confirmed".

Once I have your information I will let you know how long it will take for me to get your order ready. I keep some items in stock but the majority of the pieces I make once I have an order confirmed. For custom pieces, I require a 50% down payment.

Shipping - Iron and steel are heavy and bulky and thus can be more expensive than typical packages. (A large Fire iron set with some accessories will cost between $70-$100 depending on location). I will take the time to figure out the best possible shipping option for your order. I only charge what USPS, FedEx, or UPS charge. If I need an extra-large box for your item that I cannot get at the Post Office or UPS then I will add a $2 0r $3 to cover that cost.

Payment - I prefer to use Venmo for payments but can also use Paypal if needed. I also accept USPS money orders (will ship once it is received). If you absolutely need/want to pay with a personal check give me a call. I will not ship until 5 business days after it is deposited.
